Title: Social Media & Marketing Intern

Location: Remote

Duration: Flexible (Ideally aligned with academic semesters. Minimum 10-12 weeks preferred.)

Time Commitment: ~7 –10 hours per week, flexible around class schedules. Exact hours may vary based on campaigns and product launches.

Salary: Unpaid (With Bonus Perks)

What You’ll Do:

  • Run our social media accounts Instagram, Twitter, Facebook (yes, even that one) & TikTok (eventually)

  • Create, schedule, and post content with a consistent, witty / sarcastic brand voice

  • Track metrics like engagement, reach, and likes (because we’re needy)

  • Develop strategies to grow our following and turn casual scrollers into lifelong fans/customers

  • Assist with product launches, promotions, and maybe even help create a shirt or two

What We’re Looking For:

 

  • Someone who lives on Instagram and TikTok but also knows what “CTR” means

  • Strong writing skills and a solid sense of humor — sarcasm is our second language

  • Interest in marketing, branding, fashion, design, or pop culture

  • Photoshop, Canva, or video editing skills = major bonus

  • Self-starter who can run with an idea and isn’t afraid to pitch their own

Learning Objectives (Educational Value):

 

  • Gain hands-on experience in content creation, digital marketing, and social media strategy

  • Learn how to track and interpret engagement metrics (CTR, reach, etc.)

  • Build skills in brand voice, tone, and visual storytelling

  • Understand the role of e-commerce marketing in a growing brand
