Return & Exchange Policy

We get it — sometimes a shirt just isn’t the one. If you're in the U.S., you’ve got 30 days from your purchase date to send it back for a full refund. For our international friends, you’ve also got 30 days — which is still plenty of time to decide whether or not your new tee sparks joy. Refunds go back to the original card. Sadly, duties and fees are non-refundable — blame international bureaucracy, not us.

If you're in the U.S., we’ll even cover the return shipping (because we’re not monsters). If you’re outside the U.S., you’ll need to handle the return shipping yourself — we still love you, but international postage makes us cry.

We don’t refund original shipping costs unless we sent you a defective item or goofed up your order — in which case, our bad, and we’ll make it right.


Lost or stolen in transit? Email us (info@sumshirts.com) and we’ll work our magic.


Washed or worn? Sorry — we love a lived-in tee, but not when it's coming back to us.

The Fine-ish Print:

  • Proof of purchase is required (translation: send your order number — not just a vibe).

  • Give us 5–7 business days to process returns and in-stock exchanges.

  • If what you wanted is out of stock, we’ll email you like responsible adults.

  • Refunds show up on your statement 3–5 business days after we process it.

  • Store credit hits your inbox right after processing.

  • Final amount may vary a smidge due to original discounts or taxes.

  • Let us know if your card info has changed since your order — we’d rather not send your money into the void.
